Cancellation Policy – Non-Stop Rentals

At Non-Stop Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible while allowing us to maintain the highest level of service for all customers.

1. General Rental Bookings

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel a general rental booking at any time by contacting our team directly via phone or email.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much notice is provided:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery:
    No cancellation fee. Any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

  • Within 24–48 hours of scheduled pickup/delivery:
    A cancellation fee may apply to cover vehicle allocation and preparation costs.

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup/delivery or no-show:
    The booking may be charged in full or a significant portion of the rental fee may be retained.

1.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

2. Accident Replacement Vehicle Bookings

Accident replacement rentals operate differently from standard bookings, as they are often arranged urgently and may involve insurers, repairers, or legal representatives.

2.1 Cancellation of Accident Replacement Vehicles

If an accident replacement vehicle has been booked or delivered, cancellations must be communicated immediately.

Fees may apply in the following circumstances:

  • Vehicle has already been dispatched or delivered

  • Administrative and insurance approval processes have begun

  • The hire period has commenced

Non-Stop Rentals reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

2.2 Insurance & Not-at-Fault Claims

If your booking is part of a not-at-fault accident claim, cancellation terms may be subject to insurer and claims requirements. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Changes to Bookings

We are happy to assist with changes where possible, including:

  • Rental duration adjustments

  • Vehicle upgrades (subject to availability)

  • Delivery location changes

Requests should be made as early as possible to ensure availability.

4. Cancellation by Non-Stop Rentals

In rare circumstances, Non-Stop Rentals may need to cancel or modify a booking due to:

  • Vehicle availability issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Incorrect documentation

  • Unforeseen operational requirements

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.

5. Early Returns

If a vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled:

  • General rentals may not be eligible for a refund for unused days

  • Accident replacement hires will be adjusted according to claim requirements
